To participate in the “Shake & Win” Campaign:

 

  • If you're not a member of airBaltic Club yet, download the airBaltic Club PINS application and sign up for the airBaltic Club
  • Open mobile application
  • Shake your mobile phone until screen with prize pops up
  • A coupon with the prize you have won will appear in your airBaltic Club PINS mobile application. Coupons with the prizes will be stored under “Shake&Win” “My Coupons” section of the PINS mobile application until the end of the prize withdrawal period.

Important! Each code is unique and can only be used once!

  • You can participate in the Campaign once a day.
  • AirBaltic Corporation AS and Loyalty Services SIA employees cannot participate in the Campaign.

 

Prize list:

 

  • 800 000 pins points raffled as 5 pins, 10 pins, 20 pins, 50 pins,100 pins, 200 pins, 500 pins;
  • 50x 10 EUR airBaltic gift e-vouchers
  • 1 x two rountrip tickets in Economy class to any airBaltic direct destination

 

Terms of receiving the prizes :

  • If you have won bonus pins they will be automatically credited to your pins account.

 

10 EUR gift e-vouchers

 

  • The 10 EUR gift e-voucher code will be available in your airBaltic Club PINS mobile application. All coupons with the prizes will be stored under “’’Shake&Win” “My Coupons” section of the pins mobile application until the end of the prize withdrawal period.
  • The value of one e-voucher is 10 EUR.
  • Gift vouchers can be used as a form of payment for booking flights on airBaltic.com, as well as a form of payment for tickets and / or extra services when you contact our call center.
  • If the total amount of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift e-voucher(s), then the remaining difference must be paid by credit/debit card.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  • The expiration date is 31.12.2021., and it cannot be extended.
  • The expiration date of the e-voucher refers to both the redemption period and the travel period.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be used in combination with Partial Payment or Freeze My Price. Voucher use is also not permitted when paying for services via Manage My Booking or during online check-in.

Economy class tickets terms and conditions

 

  • The voucher of 2 Economy class tickets to any of airBaltic operated direct destinations will be available in your airBaltic Club PINS mobile application. All coupons with the prizes will be stored under “My Coupons” section of the pins mobile application until the end of the prize withdrawal period.
  • Prize consists of 2 (two) roundtrip flight tickets to any airBaltic operated direct destination in Economy class
  • Prize includes one checked bag (max. 20kg) per passenger.
  • Reservation is required at least 7 days before planned departure and is valid only for regular airBaltic operated flights.
  • In order to make a reservation, the participant must contact the airBaltic customer care centre by phone +371-67280451 or email travel@airBaltic.lv
  • The expiration date is 31.12.2021., and it cannot be extended.
  • The expiration date of the prize refers to both the redemption period and the travel period.
  • The voucher can be used only once.
  • Gift voucher is non-refundable.
  • Name change of gift voucher is not permitted.
  • The flight date or time change fee is 70 EUR per direction, allowed only prior to scheduled departure. 
  • Gift voucher is not for sale.
  • Special conditions may apply.

All other expenses related to the receipt of prizes (including transportation costs, shipping fees, taxes, airport charges, transaction fees) must be paid by the winner himself/herself.

In case of questions and claims, the participant can contact SIA “Loyalty Services” via www.pins.co homepage, where the claim can be submitted to the info e-mail. The claim can be submitted by 07.01.2021. An answer will be provided within 3 business days of the receipt of the e-mail.
