To participate in the campaign:
- Download PINS mobile application if you don’t have it yet
- Sign in or register in PINS mobile application
- Tap on "Collect Stamps" button from the home screen and follow the instructions
- Follow instructions to receive the first two stamps and get a free seat reservation voucher
- AirBaltic Corporation AS and Loyalty Services SIA employees cannot participate in the Campaign.
- To participate in a giveaway member has to apply for airBaltic Club Stamp card during the campaign period 24.08.2020. – 06.09.2020. To apply for the Stamp card, a person already must be an airBaltic Club/PINS member.
- Application is considered valid if a member has signed up for the Stamp card and received at least the 1st stamp.
- If a member receives the 1st stamp, he/she gets 100 pins points bonus which are credited to the member’s account once the first flight is completed.
- Once the second stamp is received (member has subscribed to airBaltic communication), he/she receives a free seat reservation voucher code to the registered email, which can be used for any of future flights.
- Along with the Stamp card’s bonuses, each new member during the campaign period will receive 5 EUR discount voucher within 5 days after the campaign end date.
- All members who will apply for the Stamp card during the campaign period, will take part in the lottery and have a chance to win 2 roundtrip tickets to any available airBaltic destination.
- Winner of 2 roundtrip tickets will be raffled on 10.09.2020.and announced on PINS Facebook page and also contacted personally.
- In case of suspicious actions, airBaltic Club keeps the rights to exclude such members for qualification for 5 EUR discount vouchers and participation in the lottery by suspending fraud accounts.
Terms of receiving the prizes :
Use of airBaltic discount voucher
- The 5 EUR discount voucher code will be sent to all qualifying members’ registered emails within 5 days after the campaign is finished. The value of one discount voucher is 5 EUR.
- Voucher is valid for bookings 26.08.-30.09.2020 with travel period until 31.05.2021.
- The discount can be applied to a one-way or round-trip booking on an airBaltic-operated flight that is purchased using the e-voucher code.
- The voucher code applies only to regular airBaltic-operated flights. The voucher is not valid for flights operated by partner airlines with flight numbers from BT5000 until BT8000.
- The discount voucher code can not be used for booking flights within the lowest booking classes T, F, V (promotional prices).
- The discount voucher code can not be combined with other discount vouchers.
- Discount vouchers are not refundable and cannot be transferred to other person or resold.

Economy class tickets terms and conditions
- The voucher of 2 Economy class tickets to any of airBaltic operated direct destinations will be sent to winner’s registered email.
- Prize consists of 2 (two) roundtrip flight tickets to any airBaltic operated direct destination in Economy class
- Prize includes one checked bag (max. 20kg) per passenger.
- Reservation is required at least 7 days before planned departure and is valid only for regular airBaltic operated flights.
- In order to make a reservation, the participant must contact the airBaltic customer care centre by phone +371-67280451 or email travel@airBaltic.lv
- The expiration date is 30.09.2021., and it cannot be extended.
- The expiration date of the prize refers to both the redemption period and the travel period.
- The voucher can be used only once.
- Gift voucher is non-refundable.
- Name change of gift voucher is not permitted.
- The flight date or time change fee is 70 EUR per direction, allowed only prior to scheduled departure.
- Gift voucher is not for sale.
- Special conditions may apply.
All additional expenses related to the receipt of prizes (including transportation costs, shipping fees, taxes, airport charges, transaction fees) must be paid by the winner himself/herself.
In case of questions and claims, the participant can contact SIA “Loyalty Services” via www.pins.co homepage, where the claim can be submitted to the email@example.com e-mail. The claim can be submitted by 17.09.2020. An answer will be provided within 5 business days of the receipt of the e-mail.
