How do PINS expire?

All PINS collected at PINS partners are valid for 3 years (except for airBaltic Club Executive and VIP status card owners). If PINS are not spent within this 3 years from the accrual date, they expire irreversibly.

What shall I do with my Topo centras PINS card after 01.11.2020? Should I change it Topo centras card?

Your Topo centras PINS card will be still valid to collect PINS and digital stamps for airBaltic flights and other travel partners in PINS program.  If you wish, you will have a chance to download new design of PINS card electronically to your mobile phone Wallet or use PINS mobile app.

Will 30 days warranty be valid for my purchases made at Topo centras?

Yes, you will have an exclusive 30 days warranty for all the purchases made at Topo centras until 31.07.2020 (inclusive). In order to have 30 days warranty you have to submit your PINS card before the purchase.
