Partners that accept digital card

Partners that accept the digital card from PINS mobile app: airBaltic, Narvesen, LSG Sky Chefs, Riga Airport long term car parking P2 and P3.

Keeping track of my PINS transactions and balance

We will inform you about your account status in regular emails, but you can also follow up with your account status daily in your account statement in www.pins.co

Log in to your account at www.pins.co, using your e-mail and password. Click on “My Account”. All of your collected PINS points and transaction history will be shown there.

PINS transaction processing time

Please note that this may differ from Partner to Partner. It might take from 1 day up to 18 weeks. Precise information you can find in the Partners section on www.pins.co

Collecting PINS points for airBaltic flights

You can collect PINS points for all regular airBaltic operated flights with a ticket number 657-xxxxxxxx. The number of PINS points you can collect on airBaltic flights depends on the amount spent on your particular flight and on its booking class. Please see the “Partners” section for the information about the number of PINS. To collect PINS points, you should enter your membership number when booking tickets on airbaltic.com, during online check-in for the flight at airbaltic.com, or show your PINS card when checking in for your flights at the airport. The name and surname on your ticket must always match your PINS account details.

PINS for flights crediting on my account

PINS points are usually credited within 7 days after the flight. If they do not appear in your account within 7 days after the flight, please login to your account at ww.pins.co and fill out the form to claim the missing PINS points. Your request will be processed within 5 working days.
